We are self funded and profitable from day 1, have attracted top C-levels and VP's from several of the fastest scaling companies in the nation, and are at an incredibly exciting and pivotal time of our journey.Job Summary:Reporting to the COO/CFO, you will lead a team and head up all operational aspects including but not limited to Logistics, Demand Planning, Inventory, Procurement and other Supply Chain activities. We are seeking someone well versed in DTC and utilizing 3PL's. Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics and Inventory Management.:We are seeking6 - 10+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleAbility to lead long-term, cross-functional strategy efforts with minimal guidanceSuccessful track record of developing operational excellence and scalable processesExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsPreferred:Working experience in consumer goods and DTC environment.Past operations role at a high-growth companyCompensation:$150,000 - $200,000 per year base salary DOE20%+ annual bonusFull benefitsOpportunity for equity componentWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
