Job Description Support the supply process setting up KPIs and measuring service across the chain. Work for assurance of product supply across the different brands, mitigating risk where possible and developing strategies to better serve the business, including exports where relevant. Key player on the S&OP process, working closely with Sales, Market Access, and FP&A team to maximize the chances of achieving the company's plan. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to assure best-in-class solutions for the business, including relationships and service metrics with TPM/Logistics as needed. Work with the planning centers in Zwolle (NL), Chicago (US), Guarulhos, and other plants to understand potential gaps and solve as needed. Qualifications Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator or similar. 5-6 years of Logistics/Supply chain experience. Proficient in English: advanced. Customer focus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Individual must be self-motivated with great follow-up skills and be able to work independently.
