Job Summary Supply Analyst with experience in the integral management of spare parts for dealerships, from the parts identification to quoting and invoicing. Focused on operational efficiency, process automation, and customer satisfaction, we seek to optimize the supply processes and provide support to dealers in real time, with improved visibility and control of orders and invoicing, facilitating strategic decision making. Main Activities: Support to dealers in the identification of parts in spare parts catalogs. Incorporation, pricing and updating of new parts in the system. Quotations of parts according to dealer requests (price and availability). Support to dealers in the order uploading process (obsolete parts, replacements, correct order type, missing units, etc). Order management: reception, review, upload, release, and cancellation. Stock monitoring, price updates, and dispatch time projection. Order invoicing, invoice control, and reporting to finance. Direct communication with dealers, supply sources, and logistics operators. Campaign tracking and backorder analysis to ensure proper sourcing. Creating and updating dashboards to record the daily invoicing done to each dealer, providing valuable data to the dealer and the team. Implementation of automation using VBA to improve visibility of key data (invoicing, BO, stock, container ETA, etc.). Requirements: Junior profile, recent graduate of industrial engineering, mechanical, automotive, business administration, data, or related careers.
