Position Overview: The Supervisor, Human Resources is responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing team members within an HR department. This role also supports the department manager and leads a team of employees. The supervisor should be well-versed in the specific HR practice areas relevant to their responsibilities. Scope: This position typically involves managing a small team and/or handling tasks of low complexity. You're Good at: Master and apply company HR policies, with a focus on country-specific requirements, while working closely with managers and employees. Lead, mentor, and coach team members to achieve goals; provide training, guidance, performance reviews, and support hiring efforts. Generate and analyze team reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and ensure data integrity. Offer constructive feedback and counseling, supporting employee development in collaboration with senior managers. Foster a positive work environment by sharing engagement results, responding to feedback, and communicating improvements. Oversee task assignments, scheduling, quality checks, escalations, and interdepartmental coordination with HR teams (Payroll, Benefits, etc). Perform additional tasks as required, maintain punctuality, work collaboratively, and manage deadlines effectively. You might also have: 2+ years' experience in Human Resources. Skilled in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and organizational/leadership development. Able to exercise high discretion and independent judgment. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Willingness to travel for business.
