Our Supervisor of Reservations has the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing insights and exceptional service in support of our Reservations team. This position reports to the Reservations Manager. Responsibilities: Supervise department operations and daily task compliance. Work closely with the Sales Department in managing reservations, availability, rates, and policies. Control, review, and analyze room inventory to maximize revenue. Manage overbooking. Supervise the entry of reservations, ensuring they contain correct information. Ensure guest satisfaction from a supervisory position. Handle complaints. Create, configure, and update rates in the system. Support in the preparation of reports. Communicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service. Contribute to our environment with a positive and friendly attitude. Preferred qualifications and competencies: Experience with Opera. Experience in supervisory roles. Flexible availability.
