Sr. Supervisor Indirect Procurement The role of the US Indirect Procurement Sr. Supervisor is to lead teams and activities consisting of Ariba Procurement, S4 Procurement, Indirect Requester Training and Support, Enterprise-wide support for Capital and Facilities Management. Be a key driver in the implementation of the Procurement Division strategies and the delivery of business objectives and goals. This role will help drive key procurement initiatives to appropriately scale the business to best support our internal and external stakeholders. This role will ensure that procurement teams deliver best-in-class customer service. This role also has direct responsibility for the execution of project management; coordinating meetings with stakeholders; tracking intakes, processes or new projects for the area. Responsible for indirect purchasing transactional processes and departmental functions such as purchase order/requisition transaction processing, invoice resolution, change orders, related management reporting, and corresponding internal controls. Responsible for compliance and audit activities. Ensure procurement team adheres to and exceeds KPIs/SLAs. Responsibility and ownership of KPIs/SLAs. Work closely with Planning, Finance, and Business users to effectively manage the Requisitions and Purchase Orders compliance process. Serve as the key point of contact (subject matter expert) for the Procurement functions. Participate in and lead cross-functional system and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Internal Audit and Financial Operations to ensure a strong control environment is maintained. Participate in changes/amendments/improvements to the global Procurement policy by working closely with the Procurement governance team. Responsible for the overall performance of the team, monitoring their performance, providing timely feedback, and helping them improve their identified training needs. GMP compliance to ensure the safety and quality of our products. Knowledge, compliance, and maintenance of EHS requirements applicable to the position. Lead the US Sourcing Administrative Team. Support in team meetings, monthly metrics. Project management. Coordinate and direct onboarding for the area. Simplify, digitize, and report. Increase team effectiveness and impact by streamlining and optimizing processes. Stabilization phases of onboarding move into value-added/process improvement opportunities that provide exposure to team members. Company-wide support for all aspects of P2P workflow. Skills and Knowledge Advanced Excel Advanced Power Point Advanced Office ERP management experience Good verbal and written communication skills (spoken, written, and reading) TOEIC 509-775 exam or equivalent in other certifications required. Minimum 4-6 years of experience implementing/operating/optimizing procurement systems and processes. Minimum 2-4 years of team management. Experience with Ariba P2P systems and SAP ERP or SAP 4 HANA. Proven experience managing customer expectations. Experience working in an enterprise services environment. Support and coordination of remote activities performed in regional offices.
