Subject Matter Expert, Strategic Communications

Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a trusted partner to federal health and social services agencies, is seeking a Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Communications Subject Matter Expert (SME). As part of a PFS team of consultants, the SME will support VHA in a variety of communication efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Subject Matter Expert's responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Support communications efforts for VHA. Video Production, Plain Language and Focus Group Moderating. Work with PFS consulting team and VHA leaders to plan, conduct and facilitate communications. Advise VHA leaders on the development of communication best practices. Review and provide VHA operations subject matter expertise to contractor deliverables (i.e., reports, presentations, and other communications materials). Minimum Qualifications Significant experience at the Executive Leadership level (VA Medical Director, Network Director, Associate Director, etc.) Significant experience supporting VHA Master's degree 10 years' professional experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
