About This Role: Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Subject Matter Expert.
Responsibilities: - Provide subject matter expertise in the area of strategic workforce planning, analyzing workforce supply and demand data and making recommendations to support the organization's future needs and goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Develop and lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Provide training and support to employees to adapt to new processes and systems.
- Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to build leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Develop and support the implementation of communications plans and strategies.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders and managers.
- Provide expert services and leadership in specialized technical areas.
- Offer expertise as needed across task assignments.
- Ensure problems are properly defined and solutions satisfy government requirements.
- Understand and implement best practices in the area of expertise.
- Guide on how the area of capability can resolve organizational needs and participate in project life cycles.
The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent computer literacy in FAA multi-system software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.
- Federal experience related to functional responsibilities.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Manage large amounts of complex information.
- Prioritize and manage actions to meet deadlines and requirements in a high volume, high stress environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solve problems through systematic analysis of processes.
- Self-motivated, able to work both in a team and independently.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Highly responsive and discreet with confidential information.
Education: Bachelor's degree must be in Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Clearance.
Years of Professional Experience: Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
Including at least eight (8) years as an expert in strategic workforce planning, communications, and/or leadership development.
