Job Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To develop a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Impulse accounts in a given geographical area through the implementation of agreed merchandising standards.
Deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products.
Ensure the perfect execution of defined model store standards.
The Red Bull Striker's primary role is to execute defined plans store by store, in independent groceries and in retail channels.
The Striker's purpose is to increase sale and brand rates in their given area by following the "Power Selling" principles and processes.
They are also responsible for the execution of plans in retail channel, where required.
The Striker also delivers increased Perfect Store Rate in volume weighed outlets.
Qualifications KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Coverage of defined database.
Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.

Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner.
The administration and development of designated area.
3.
Build great relationships in every call by providing first class customers service so all opportunities can be exploited 4.
Availability – Influence orders to ensure Red Bull SKU's are in stock and on display at all times.
5.
Ensure that stock levels necessary to ensure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumer in all covered outlets are maintained at all times.

Implementation of Perfect Store standards.
7.
Secure and (and where possible, improve) the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand 8.
Placement of POS – ensure POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets visited.
9.
Promotional Compliance – ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.
10.
Administration – complete all necessary admin monthly on time and accurately.
11.
Implementation of Head Office agreements – ensure the implementation and execution TERRITORY COVERAGE & POWER SELLING: Responsible for planning and executing assigned visits each period within a defined territory, estimating an average of 8 visits per day focused on IMPACT.
Responsible for understanding and executing the Red Bull "Power Selling" techniques in sales calls.
COOLER PLACEMENT: Responsible for placing a targeted number of cooler in high profile positions within the defined territory EXTERNAL MERCHANDISING MANAGEMENT: Responsible for training the external merchandising team in order to assure maintenance of execution & conditional agreements compliance on store Additional Information EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS University Degree Valid drivers licence EXPERIENCE 1.
Proven sales track record.

FMCG experience (branded or retail experience) KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1.
Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.

Good selling skills: communication, negotiation and objection handling skills 3.
Clear understanding of Off Premise channel (retail, impulse, non traditional).
4.
Has commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths.
5.
Has a basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and preferably mobile Field Force automation
