In the Business Strategy Senior Manager role for Latin America, you will orchestrate a lean & coherent end to end Strategic thinking and business planning process for the region (LRP, ABP, OKRs), working cross-functionally in coordination with global office and partnership with Finance teams. Qualification & Requirements +5 years of experience in Consulting companies, in strategic planning roles. Demonstrated decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate complex information, weigh alternatives, and make strategic choices that drive organizational success. A strong history of effective stakeholder management, with an emphasis on building and fostering relationships across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, teams, and external partners. Robust strategic vision with a competency in setting long-term goals aligned with the company's mission and values. Superior communication skills that enable the articulation of intricate ideas clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing. Expertise in crafting top-tier documents such as strategic plans, analytical reports, and compelling presentations tailored for diverse audiences.
