PMI's shift from selling cigarettes to our new smoke-free products has changed the way we work. New products bring new challenges – in the way we source and buy raw materials, in the way we engineer and manufacture, and in our supply chain planning. As Strategy & Program Delivery Executive you will be responsible to ensure the implementation and tracking of the SC strategy, focusing on the affiliate's objectives and the global SC pillars. Ensure the management and execution of the medium/long-term plan and the performance of the areas within the function by developing initiatives in service, cost, and people within CARICAM and Andean Clusters. Your day to day: Drive market strategy development and alignment across functions; identify interdepencies and seek for efficiencies. Run strategic planning process in close cooperation and alignment with Market and Regional OCS Coordinate program architecture required to deliver the strategy. Allocate resources and run project prioritization / PMO / governance. Own PBO implementation to ensure PMO / PBO is properly established and running. Implement KPI framework and assess the overall performance of the function. Control OCS budget, anticipate potential risks and opportunities. Lead selected key projects; drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead the development of tools/ processes to increase quality of work while mastering all relevant systems. Lead the preparation of executive presentations of strategy reviews and management updates supporting MD and management team.
