Apply now for the position of Strategy & Business Development Manager para Colombia, Peru y Ecuador and you will support the Head of Country preparing the organization for mid- and long term business requirements, enabling the execution of the New Ambition strategic activities LAM, increasing customer centricity and elevating customer relationships from transactional to strategic, to drive profitable growth. Location: Colombia Your role: Lead and develop ES business opportunities (aligned with respective ES organization), Digitalization business opportunities, thought leadership activities, progress on Key Accounts management as well as the development of the local organization, aligned with the Head of Country scope of responsibilities. Lead and/or support new business development within the frame of the Quadruple Aim developing necessary knowledge in the organization. Drive relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and decision makers in the Country/Group of Countries. Lead and/or support long term strategic planning, collaboration and innovation activities with customers and partners. Act as liaison manager with key stakeholders such as Universities, Innovations Centers, Government, Associations and Chambers of Commerce. Support government affairs and policies activities (e.g. market access plans) for the GoC. Support the scouting of additional or non-conventional financing options (e.g. IFIs & Grants). Provide macroeconomic analysis regularly, drive higher level of understanding inside the organization regarding macroeconomic implications for the business. Develop recurring communication channels and collaboration with Government, guilds and associations. Drive higher level of knowledge and understanding inside the organization about countries' health systems, reimbursement processes, population health management, chronic/most expensive disease treatment, clinical –ologies, etc. Drive and develop new business models (e.g. Strategic Partnerships with Health Insurance Companies to select critical clinical pathways and optimize them through Integration Partnerships with Healthcare Providers and other Suppliers). Actively promote, participate and facilitate the sharing of information within the LAM STBD team, the Business Areas and the Country organizations to ensure constant alignment, in all activities, with the corporate and LAM strategy, avoiding any kind of silo working or loss of synergies. Your expertise: University Degree completed. Minimum of 5 years in the Healthcare market and business. Knowledge of technological tools. Knowledge of the region's health system.
