If you are a Strategic Partnerships Manager ambitious and passionate about innovation, joining Yuno will allow you to transform your passion into real high-impact solutions. At Yuno, every role impacts the payment revolution. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be part of the Partnership Team, part of our Commercial area. You will be responsible for working closely with existing partners and potential partners, expanding our market presence, and delivering value to our customers. How Yuno will challenge you Analyze partnership performance and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize partnerships. Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business goals and objectives. Assist in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and performance metrics, while ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives. Prepare and present partnership reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, providing insights into partnership performance and ROI. The skills you need Fluent in English and Spanish. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Experience with Card Schemes or Payment Networks. Skilled in negotiating with Financial Institutions, Fintechs, or Payment Providers for payment services. Expertise in LATAM and NAMER payment acceptance and e-commerce strategies. Proven ability to manage partnerships, performance, and executive escalations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented with strategic and creative problem-solving skills for business growth.
