Strategic Operations Coordinator To Vice President Of Regional Advancement

The Center for Reproductive Rights is a global leader in the movement for reproductive rights.
We use litigation, legal policy, and advocacy work to change law and policy.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations in the region.
Main Responsibilities include: Scheduling: Manage the Vice President's calendar to reflect strategic priorities and effectively manage her time toward achieving operational goals.
Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Ensure the Vice President is prepared for all internal and external meetings by overseeing and organizing all briefing memos, remarks, talking points, and additional collateral.
Management (time and communications): Manage Vice President incoming email—prioritizing for attention and drafting responses as appropriate.
Executive Representation: Anticipate the needs of the program and have initiative in strategizing solutions.
This position requires: A commitment to the Center's mission, purpose, and values.
Experience in support of executive/senior managers.
Fluency in Spanish and English; any additional language is an asset.
Must be highly organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
This role offers a competitive salary of $72,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
