Strategic Executive Coordinator, Vice President, Latin America And The Caribbean Center For Reproductive Rights COP 120.000.000 - 200.000.000 Job Title: Strategic Executive Coordinator The Center For Reproductive Rights seeks a highly skilled and organized individual to support the Vice President, Latin America and the Caribbean. About the Role: This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Vice President, including scheduling, preparations, documentation, and follow-ups of internal and external meetings, expense reports, and travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Vice President, LAC, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation/follow-up. Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Ensure the Vice President, LAC, is prepared for all internal and external meetings by organizing briefing memos, remarks, talking points, and additional collateral. Management (Time and Communications): Manage Vice President, LAC incoming email, prioritizing for attention and drafting responses as appropriate. Executive Representation: Anticipate the needs of the program and strategize solutions. Other Supporting Responsibilities: Provide assistance to visiting CRR staff and coalition allies, and support logistics of program-related events and meeting setups. Qualifications and Requirements: A commitment to the Center's mission, purpose, and values. Experience in supporting executive/senior managers in prioritizing time in complex environments. Minimum 8 years of related work experience, including scheduling and travel management. Fluent in Spanish and English; any additional language is an asset. Highly organized, with strong work ethic and attention to detail. Excellent presentation, writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Solutions-oriented approach with strong analytical/reasoning skills. Professional and friendly demeanor, and strong customer service skills. Dependability, diplomacy, and a sense of humor are necessary. Ability to work proactively and independently, multi-task, and work under tight deadlines. Estimated Salary: $95,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
