Job PurposeMonitor and ensure that the existence, coverage and rotation policies are complied with as established by the company.Continuously carry out controls, revisions, analysis of the general inventory of raw materials, finished product and formulated materials that are used in production; to guarantee the reliability, the adequate rotation of the batches, classification and location by danger of the products and to have an optimal inventory for the planning and sales area
Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAdminister, control, and manage the inventories of product through the company's information systems Control inventory items to avoid stock differences between physical count and the system.Performing cycle countingPerform inventory adjustment and transfersMonitoring of special control raw materialsControlling day-to-day inventory operationsGenerate inventory reportsSchedule and coordinate the physical inventories required annuallyMonitor, control and promptly report the replacement requirements of production inputsPerforming inventory analysisReporting inventory statistical to management and suggesting improvements to inventory controlKeep updated and balanced the factory inventory vs. the free zone inventoryCreating and maintaining inventory databases and system for accurately managing inventoryDaily report of controlled substances in the proper government platforms.Control and purchase of required consumables for the production process.Skills and Attributes RequiredBACKGROUND
Degree in logistics or supply chain management, Industrial Engineer, chemical engineer, business administration, or a related field.2 to 3 years of experienced in operations activities, ideally stock controlling SKILLS
