Sterile Processing Technician (Evenings)

The CSPT III is a certified sterile processing technician who has a minimum of 3 years (36 months) experience as a CSPT I & II at Tanner or who has been engaged in the active certified sterile processing technician role for at 36 months in an acute care facility with an active sterile processing department prior to being employed at THS.
This CSPT demonstrates competency in all aspects of the job requirements for the sterile processing department.
The CSPT III will act as a resource for other employees and act as lead when manager supervisor team lead is not present.

Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.Licenses & Certifications*CERTIFIED STERILE PROCESSORQualifications*Continues to meet all requirements for CSPT I and II plus has been an CSPT II at Tanner Health System in a hospital sterile processing setting for a total of 1 year 12 months (combined minimum of 3 years Sterile Processing experience- sterile processing tech, CSPT I, and CSPT II) plus meet all additional requirements outlined in the CSPT Clinical Ladder Policy.
