Summary We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead who will play a pivotal role in defining and enforcing design standards, as well as developing scalable, robust solutions that support our core business functions—Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and internal Engineering teams.
You play a critical role in guiding and influencing engineering decisions, solving complex technical challenges, setting standards for best practices, contributing to the development of overarching strategies, assuming leadership roles, and providing mentorship to other engineers.

Responsibilities Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and decide when and which custom solutions are necessary.
Document and implement solution design standards, technical specifications, and other configurations.
Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies and recommend their adoption.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with non-Salesforce engineering teams to determine how best to architect integrated solutions.
Professional Experience 8+ years of experience building Software Applications 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM.
Communication and Human Skills Advanced English level.

Is comfortable coaching and mentoring.
Strong leadership skills.
Required Skills Deep expertise in Salesforce platform, including advanced customization and integration techniques.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures.
Understanding of enterprise-level software development and deployment processes.
Extensive experience with programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, VisualForce, Aura) Experience with Salesforce Flows to streamline and automate complex business processes.
Experience with a wide range of Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others as relevant to the business needs.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab) Experience with development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) Experience with relational database systems (e.g., SQL) Experience with APIs (e.g., Streaming APIs, REST, gRPC, GraphQL) Experience with quality assurance (e.g., Unit tests) Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Salesforce DevOps Center, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Experience with platform security (e.g., OWASP, OAuth) Experience with performance (e.g., Caching, code optimization) Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
