and have brilliant opportunities waiting for you!Join us in shaping our future-and yours.What You Will Do Key Responsibilities • Support the team for all Global activities including review and approval related to intercompany accounting activities, journal entry postings, accruals and review of other intercompany related transactions.• Responsible for the complete and accurate accounting for all the Inter & Intra company process flows for stock and non-stock transactions.This includes but is not limited to creating the intercompany charge outs and corresponding charge ins, reconciling out-of-balances, monitoring ageing, and performing balance sheet reconciliations.• Timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements .• Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.• Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope • Driving deep expertise, ensuring team are fully knowledgeable of the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas.• Generate ideas, foster, and implement continuous improvement mindset, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities.• Execute global intercompany activities in line with process taxonomy.• Internally recruit, mentor, and drive the individual Process SMEs to ensure cross sector, cross region, and cross process alignment, ensuring good documentation is maintained and consistency of a global approach • Responsible responsible to ensure cross sector, cross region, and cross process alignment, ensuring good documentation is maintained and consistency of a global approach • Influence and Execute process improvements, generating ideas and implementing in line with global standards • Studies and recommends ways to automate or improve current financial reporting processes.• Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.• Prepares ad hoc analyses and presentations as needed.• Other tasks that may be delegated by the immediate Manager or Director Compliance • Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities • Understand, adhere to, and execute worldwide policies and procedures.Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions to remediate / prevent breach • Ensure strong internal controls are in place, to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings Leadership and People Management • Attract, develop, and retain a highly competent, high-performing, motivated and diverse team • Develop succession plans for and support career development of the team • Ensure effective performance management within team • Lead Accounting team of 2 What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications • A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance • CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is preferred Language requirement: • Fluent English, other language skills desirable Fluent English • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Experience and Skills Required: • At least 4 years of professional experience is required in accounting • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels • Strong Analytical Skills • Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies • Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office in particular Excel Desired Qualifications • At least 2 years of Management / Supervisory experience is required • Ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach • Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines • Experience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation or BPO • Experience in a Global Account to Report function of a large multi-state company What's In It For You • Competitive Benefit Package • Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!• Learning & Development Opportunities • Employee Resource Groups • This list could vary based on location/region Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identify, age, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
