Scope of the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our clients recruiting efforts, support organizational growth, and enhance our employer brand. This role requires a proactive approach to talent sourcing in the US and the ability to leverage new recruiting technologies. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers across departments. In this strategic, high-impact role, you will drive hiring initiatives and contribute to the organization's growth and success. You will embrace new challenges with a growth-oriented mindset, actively supporting team expansion and adapting seamlessly to evolving business needs. Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviewing, and selecting to hiring and onboarding US talent across various functions within the organization. Candidate Sourcing : Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Talent Pipeline Management : Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs, ensuring readiness for key roles. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs, design effective job descriptions, and set expectations around the hiring process. Interviewing and Selection : Conduct comprehensive phone screens, interviews, and technical assessments, ensuring that candidates meet the required qualifications and are aligned with the company culture. Employer Branding : Enhance employer brand by promoting it through recruitment events, job fairs, and online marketing, making an attractive destination for top-tier talent in the US. Data-Driven Recruitment : Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven adjustments to optimize recruitment outcomes. Onboarding Support : Collaborate with HR to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Compliance Management : Ensure that recruitment practices align with local labor laws and internal company policies, promoting an inclusive and fair hiring environment. Minimum Qualifications: C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. (Must Have) Experience and knowledge in full cycle recruitment best practices within the US market (Must Have) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse. (Must Have) Demonstrated experience working and excelling in a fully remote work environment (Must Have) Global hiring experience, with expertise in recruiting practices across multiple regions. (Nice to Have) In-depth knowledge of recruitment metrics and data analysis to drive decisions and improve strategies. Demonstrated strength in communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by exceptional organizational and time-management abilities that ensure efficiency and structure in dynamic settings. Skilled in prioritizing tasks effectively under pressure, adeptly managing multiple high-stakes responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
