Job Title: Sr. Order Management Analyst Department & Team: Global Order Management Reports to: Order Management Sr. Director Location: Virtual- Colombia Summary: The Order Management Analyst will be responsible for the processing of orders and associated billings for Genesys products. The successful candidate will liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that orders are processed accurately and within the department's established SLAs. The department can be very busy during year end and quarter end and therefore a calm approach is required together with the ability to prioritize your workload to achieve maximum efficiency. As such, good communication and organization skills are required. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify order documentation received from the field and customers (quotes, purchase orders, SOW's, contracts, etc.) Ensure timely order processing and invoicing using Salesforce.com and Netsuite. Bill transactions on a timely basis and within month/quarter/year end deadlines. Work with collections team to resolve any invoice queries, including processing credit memos. Order paperwork review to ensure adequacy for processing and invoicing. Assurance that work is performed in accordance with all Controls (including SOX Controls) Dealing with order & billing related queries from other departments within the organization. Filing of customer order documentation. Work with all relevant departments to maintain correct corporate data and account history. Minimum Requirements: Fluency in Spanish (speaking and writing) highly preferable. Ability to work within tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency. Ability to communicate and interact seamlessly with rest of the organization, especially with Sales Teams and Customer/Partner community. Prior Order Entry experience would be highly preferred. Ability to work with stakeholders remotely across the different global regions. Knowledge of Software licensing and Cloud business model preferred. Bachelor's degree required; Accounting / Finance concentration preferred. Tool / application experience preferred: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Database Management, Salesforce, NetSuite. Attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to perform root cause analysis and generate improvement ideas. Good understanding of the order management flow in an enterprise software business. Some basic level of accounting skills and understanding of revenue recognition. Strong analytical skills. Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure. Excellent English verbal communication skills. Continuous improvement mindset. Willing to work a night shift schedule.
