In order to this, the person will need to work with the value chain, stablish close relations with end users to identify opportunities, build new business models and generate change in the way they buy products.Senior Market Specialist will support new product and business introduction in the region, customer events and overall, will need to drive a value-mindset across the organization, and will work closely with marketing managers, sales director, account teams, sustainability manager, digital agencies, and business communications, applying the most appropriate technologies and practices to realize their marketing projects in the most efficient and effective way possible.The person needs to have a deep understanding of client needs, best practices, efficient approaches, methodologies, capabilities, and technologies relevant to their scope.Senior Marketing Specialist must have enough understanding of Dow's capabilities, practices and offering concerning technologies and enablers to advise and guide clients in the development and deployment of integrated marketing tactics.
This includes market intelligence, primary and secondary research activities, data management, insight analysis and development, as well as lead and opportunity management, contact management, event management, sampling, and campaign success.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify key players to create and implement an engagement plan.Perform market maps and assessments.Build and manage demand generation projects in-line with our market strategies and engagement plan.Develop new business models, application packages and sales tools to support the introduction of new technologies.Work with the regional commercial to track and support new product introduction.Support the coordination of external events in the region to drive lead generation and advocacy.Build a strategy for a Digital Marketplace and work in its implementationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, Economics or Business Administration.Fluent in English.Advanced in Portuguese or Spanish.Experience in marketing B2B.Digital Marketing place experience.
