Job Description: Application Management:
- Lead Quality Assurance & Laboratory Applications software implementation at all Manufacturing sites.
- Manage enterprise and site-specific software new implementations, upgrades and support of existing applications.
- Key applications to be supported include:
- Labware - Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Calibre & Trackwise - QAMS (Quality Assurance Management System)
- Biovia - Electronic Document Management System (eDMS)
- Chromoleon - Chromatography Data Management System
- Lab Solution - UV & IR machine controlling software
- Standalone Instrument connected Laboratory software
- Minitab & Data Analytics software.
- Provide SME support, manage repeated application issues, system integration challenges, change management & escalation management.
- Collaborate with teams for application project implementation and participate in the blueprinting, development and rollout of applications software.
- Ensure standard and harmonized application practices & processes are implemented by coordinating with corporate teams, site IT teams and other manufacturing sites.
- Work with Business Process Owners, Site IT and Corporate IT teams to finalize business requirements and develop solution architecture and project plans.
- Leverage existing applications, systems and processes.
- Set up application & interface standards, guidelines, and checklists for various teams.
- Ensure Business and IT user base is effectively trained to use all available application functionalities.Project Management:
- Prepare and execute a timely Quality application roadmap.
- Handle Quality Applications project implementation, rollout plans and ensure execution as per agreed timelines.People Management:
- Regularly connect on project progress, utilization, and benefits with business leadership teams & stakeholders.
- Coordinate and build good working relationships with Quality, Production, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Site IT operations team.
- Manage vendors, partners, and support teams.Relevant Work Experience: 10 to 20 Years.
Education Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech / BCA / MCA.
