Senior Manager Commercial Business Intelligence Hybrid THE COMPANY Our client is a dynamic and innovative leader in the Beauty industry. Their commitment to excellence and continuous growth has positioned them as a prominent player in the market. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented and bilingual Senior Manager for Commercial Business Intelligence to join their team. SCOPE OF THE JOB As the Senior Manager of Commercial Business Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by providing strategic insights and recommendations. With a strong commercial focus, you will leverage your analytical expertise to identify opportunities, analyze commercial information, and transform it into actionable insights. Your ability to influence decision-making within the channel will be crucial as you collaborate closely with the team to align strategies and achieve desired outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES Report directly to the General Manager of Colombia and Ecuador, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Work as an advisor to the senior executives of the region assigned, ensuring that the business decisions made are aligned with the company objectives, the trends of the industry positioning the company as a leader in the industry. Utilize your deep industry experience, particularly in consumer goods, to analyze and diagnose insights that contribute to the business growth. Conduct thorough commercial analysis, integrate it with your commercial acumen, and translate it into impactful recommendations. Collaborate with the channel to ensure the adoption of strategic decisions aligned with the insights provided. Lead the execution of commercial agendas related to your expertise, facilitating the implementation of effective strategies. Manage a team of analysts in Colombia and Ecuador, guiding their growth and development. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields. Proven experience as a Senior Manager or equivalent, with a strong track record in commercial business intelligence. Exceptional analytical skills to transform complex data into actionable recommendations. Expertise in SQL, BI tools, and Tableau to extract, analyze, and present data-driven insights. (desirable). A solid commercial mindset with the ability to influence and drive decision-making. Curious intellect and innovative problem-solving skills, demonstrating a continuous drive for improvement. Outstanding social and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration and communication. Ambitious and growth-oriented mindset, seeking opportunities for both personal and professional development. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
