Main Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline; Minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Analysis or related industry experience; Minimum of 3 years of people management experience; Knowledge of database structures and available tools to manage, extract, and report data; Knowledge of Clinical Development through submission process, International Conference on Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice guidelines and Code of Federal Regulations related to Clinical Development and Technologies is preferred; Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources, provide cohesive response, identify optimal path forward and communicate to management in clear and concise manner and any actionable items; Exceptional communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to communicate with both the technical and business areas, in both English and Spanish; Ability to find innovative and sustainable solutions to people, process, technology, and organizational issues; Ability to work collaboratively with other functional areas, divisions, and vendors; Strong organizational, time management, problem solving and project coordination skills; Demonstrates strong leadership, urgency, flexibility, and thrives in dynamic environments; Confident presenter with basic statistical knowledge and the ability to interpret data. Identifies correction strategies and ensures they are implemented accordingly. Manage performance.
