Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Execute the Market Brand Strategy locally and ensure consistent execution in country sub-units (if applicable) through integrated plans across all communication channels supporting brand and category objectives. Key Responsibilities: Set Brand objectives by Brand KPI direction provided in the Global Brand Strategy, cascaded by the Market to ensure construction towards ONE LAM objectives. Drive the consolidated approach alignment with x-functional departments and categories and the Brand Communications team to facilitate the execution of marketing initiatives, overseeing all creative output across the adidas brand in all marketing channels to guarantee aligned activation. Own all country-related x-category communication and implementation topics to maximize the brand voice and ensure x-category opportunities are fully exploited. Drive the execution of all communication campaigns specific to the dedicated category to ensure that all projects are on Time and in Full (OTIF). Monitor execution locally and in Country sub-units (where applicable) to gain insights to provide feedback to Market. Develop Leaders and Manage Talents to grow talents from within and train future successors. Generate a framework for performance to set clear expectations with the team. Manage Marketing Working Budget (MWB) for the country to ensure all implementations comply with approved plans following investment behind global priorities. Brief and manage internal and/or external resources for creating locally needed category-specific marketing tools (Exceptional) previously aligned with Market to stay within ONE LAM calendar and strategy. Key Relationships: First Line Management (FLM) Sports Marketing Team (SPOMA) Concept to Consumer Team (CTCs) Marketing Operations Regional & Global Brand Team Legal Finance Channels Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems. Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 7 years experience. As manager of Experts 0 – 2 years management experience required. As manager of Admin / Tech Support minimum of 3 years management experience required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
