Job Description Senior Human Resources Manager / HRBP in this role get to: Maintain and understand the pulse of the site and/or programs. Partner with the Business & Functional stakeholders to establish and execute HR strategies that drive business performance. Drive operational excellence in key HR practices and lead initiatives driving employee engagement, retention, and development. Contribute to positive internal branding. Analyze and design solutions that address chronic performance challenges. Formulate initiatives to improve retention, satisfaction, and engagement. Reward Strategy Understands, communicates, and applies reward strategy. Employee Relations Applies employee relations and employment practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment. Reporting and Analytics Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports. Deep understanding of HR data, demographics, and business KPIs. Manage disciplinary, grievance, and compliance processes and respective investigations. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in the HR field. Experience in HR roles within the BPO industry. Experience overseeing big headcounts (200+ FTEs approximately). Self-management skills, proactiveness in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing focuses. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner. Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or related fields. Advanced English level.
