Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our data team and help design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructures.
You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance data solutions that support the company's data-driven initiatives.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that the data architecture meets business and analytics requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role, with a proven track record of working on large-scale data infrastructure projects.
Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Hive.

Strong experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for data pipelines.

Hands-on experience with Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools.

Oversee database architecture design, manage data storage, and optimize data retrieval processes (SQL/NoSQL).
Implement data governance best practices, ensuring high data quality, security, and compliance across all environments.
Utilize and optimize big data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) to handle large-scale data sets efficiently.
