The Sr Brand Manager is responsible for providing end-to-end branding support, from planning to execution in alignment with the LatAm Marketing Director, understanding brand needs, segments priorities and global vision & guidance. Guide & influence brand managers to execute brand NPD's platforms with local adaptation to support brand growth in a consistent & unified manner in a profitable way (understanding the differences and needs of different markets & brand position). Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got? Ideally, you have these requirements: Minimum 8 years of Brand Management experience. Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AC Nielsen. Multi mass PC Segments (Skin Care; Shaving Preps; Deodorants; Feminine Care; Sun Care) business experience is a PLUS. Advanced English level (capable of leading a business presentation). Other characteristics of the position: Flexibility for travel requirements (national/international flights) - (1 per month). Ability to lead processes/projects virtually. Understanding of multicultural differences across the markets in the region, being respectful and careful with the way of communicating and interacting with the local teams.
