Guide & Influence brand managers to execute brand, NPD's platforms with local adaptation to support brand growth in a consistent & unify manner in a profitable way (understanding the differences and needs of different markets & brand position).
Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?
Ideally you have this requirements: Minimum 8 years of Brand Management experience.
Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point, AC Nielsen Multi mass PC Segments (Skin Care; Shaving Preps; Deodorants; Feminine Care; Sun Care) business experience is a PLUS.
English level advanced.
(Capable of leading a business presentation) Other characteristics of the position: Hybrid work model Flexibility for Travel requirements (national/ international flights) - (1 per month) Ability to lead processes / projects virtually.
Understanding of multicultural differences across the markets in the region being respectful and careful with the way of communicating and interacting with the local teams
