Job Description Sr Managers in this role get to: Impact the Bottom Line: Drive the performance of a team of Team Managers, meeting and exceeding all KPI targets. Strengthen Relationships: Manage attrition, shrinkage, and other critical metrics of the program. Influence the Lives of Others: Coach and mentor Team Managers, providing feedback and performance management. Client Management: Act as the point of contact to attend client meetings to provide inputs and insights about performance (WBR, MBR, QBR), efficiencies (Daily Stand-ups), and any other product improvement meetings. Define Sutherland's Reputation: Drive organizational initiatives within the team from time to time. Qualifications Our most successful candidates will have: Ability to work in MS Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team player. Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
