Your job, as Sr Analyst - Cross-Functional Reporting (Validations & Stability) within our team, will be to deliver and support Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines. Main responsibilities: Collect electronically stored data for stability management reports from all relevant data sources Gather electronically stored data relevant for environmental monitoring trending reports from designated sources Assist in report-related activities for audit and inspection preparation and prepare and organize data and documentation to support audit and inspection requirements Transcribe paper-based data into electronic formats for inclusion in reports Conduct thorough reviews of transcribed data to verify accuracy and completeness Ensure compliance with document control procedures and regulatory requirements Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection, transcription, and audit/inspection support activities About you Experience: Professional experience in data management (transcription & verification) (preferable for report issuance) Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner.
Strong analytical skills.
Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments Technical skills: Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat, LIMS), Word, Excel, Power Point Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field) Languages: Excellent English communication and writing; additionally, at least one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese or French Why choose us?
