Job Details POSITION SUMMARY (RESUMEN DE LA POSICIÓN) : Under the direction of the Global Hub Manager, is responsible for leading and monitoring team efficiency and effectiveness based on performance metrics (KPI´s) in alignment with team goals. Will have to coordinate the team but also execute tasks, track and review activities related to CSS operational activities providing support and assistance to any CSS depot in LATAM covering CSS operation and related administrative tasks. The Supervisor must perform a high level of customer service/ focus, sense of awareness for daily problem solving while applying high level of interpersonal and communicational skills. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES) : Ensure training staff in order that all tasks are completed in an appropriate, timely and cost-effective manner. Make suggestions to improve processes, efficiency, and consistency to develop the performance of the department. Ensure the timely filing and update of the activities under its responsibility, to allow the generation of performance indicators and reports for the team and other offices. To keep proper communication with other offices/Depots of World Courier as needed in a kind and timely manner. Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which contains all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities. Monitor and carry out operational processes for depots with a view to gain efficiency allowing the depot teams to concentrate their efforts on the core operational depot processes. Perform activities in the Warehouse Management system (CTM-Star) related to Inbound Outbound, Return and Relocation processes. Upload of documents in CTM-STAR system, related with any operational process. Generate the reports for stock, balance sheet, expiry date control and relocations as requested. Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for, as required. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS ( ) : Required: University Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics or related fields. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the Logistics field and or business support function with leadership experience English and Spanish fluency Preferred: 1 to 2 years of experience leading teams () REPORTS DIRECTLY TO (REPORTA DIRECTAMENTE A ): SSC HUB LATAM Manager MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS (REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS DE HÁBILIDADES, CONOCIMIENTOS Y CAPACIDADES) : English and Spanish fluency. Portuguese not mandatory but will contribute to daily activities ( Excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills. Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities. Good analytical skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and teamwork. Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
