Title: Specialist Finance RTR & Programs Location: GSC BOG Control and monitor the deliverables and daily activities carried out in the RTR area according to the established SLA with the country. Provide visibility on deviations in terms of volume, APT, and other indicators locally and globally. Key Responsibilities: Verify that different data uploads in accounting platforms like CREST, LEAP, SPEND are updated on time and of high quality. Daily monitoring of the quantity of open accounts/items reconciled in the bank reconciliations per country. Confirm the sending of the general CREST status to the regional team, consolidated with information from all GSC Finance towers. Validate the quantity of significant variations in the Citrix report (GSC Data Provider) and track their adjustment/correction with the analyst. Maintain control through a Checklist/MEC of compliance with loading times into PL's IShare by Station and TM1, and ensure its quality. Compare JBA account balances vs. the Excel sheets worked on by each country in the account analysis and follow up on adjustments/corrections of inconsistencies. Ensure that modules of different applications are blocked on time, such as the CREST upload (current, SPEND). Validate comments and/or balances regarding variations in the DOE analysis, track variations, and report them on time. Monitor the quantity of provisions, their justification, and approval received from supervisor/management ('QC in GSConnect'). Verify the reconciliations conducted in LEAP vs. JBA and in CREST vs. JBA, and ensure that any inconsistencies are resolved on time. Verify compliance with schedules and attendance at CAPAs and meetings with the country. Validate timely submission of fixed asset closure reports and the quantity of fixed asset prelog entries, ensuring that bridge/transitional accounts are at zero. Monitor delivery cutoffs for bank reconciliations and account analysis. Perform other tasks assigned by the RTR Team Leader related to controlling department activities. Monitor different RACM supports and perform the corresponding upload to IShare as requested. Monitor and upload the Error Log for each of the countries managed in the RTR tower. Skills / Requirements: Professionals/students in accounting, business administration, finance, or similar fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis and control tasks. Fluent communication in English (verbal and written).
