Digital Activation and Global Digital Content Management are part of this organization. We are looking for individuals eager to learn and specialize in building and managing content and experiences on our 'own' platforms from .com to mobile apps. In this role, you will work with the Global Digital Content Management team within the Digital Growth area as part of the adidas Digital organization in Bogotá, Colombia. The Global Digital Content Management team is responsible for the creation, localization, and management of global content activations on adidas.com and the adidas app across multiple markets as well as other touchpoints and platforms. In this role, you will deliver campaigns (consisting of text, image, and video elements) across various digital channels. You will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of content as part of integrated marketing campaigns. Specifically, for day-to-day operations using a variety of content management systems (CMS) for brand content is required. You will act as the defined expert for these platforms and key contact for a wide variety of stakeholders (business unit, digital activation, agencies, translations team, QA team, IT, local markets, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Create, localize, and manage content updates in a CMS at a global level, based on set digital campaign plan. Successfully deliver assigned projects end-to-end. Think globally and x-functionally to identify project dependencies and impact and raise dependency issues with the project sponsor. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders from other functions such as digital activation, agencies, translations team, QA team, IT, local markets, business unit, etc. Work closely with brand marketing teams to ensure the timely publication of campaigns to digital platforms. Provide knowledge on digital guidelines within the adidas ecosystem. Operate various CMS tools, including ContentFlow. Collaborate and support process and technical improvements as key CMS user. Key Relationships: Internal: Global Digital Activation Managers, Brand Comms Managers, Process Managers, Product Owners, etc. External: Agencies, External Content Management, Translations Project Managers, Soft and Hardware Support teams, plus various external stakeholders. Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications: Education in digital marketing, digital communications, IT, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with Content Management Systems is a plus. Basic understanding of web development or design is beneficial.
