Overview The Global Business Services Center is looking for a Specialist, B2B Marketing to play a vital role in efforts to win new business for Mastercard. This individual will partner closely with Global B2B Marketing to support Regional marketing, sales groups, and portfolio management teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and cohesive responses to RFPs and support content publishing activities for our internal sales hub, maintaining and ensuring efficient access to foundational sales materials. Role In this position, you will: Manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ projects to completion by leveraging project management principles and discipline, along with managing content around the projects. Lead discovery calls and status updates with Sales team members, marketing teams, and subject matter experts throughout the company, focusing on collaboration and driving toward strategic priorities. Own a variety of client queries and drive them through to resolution, ensuring they are handled with due care and attention and responded to appropriately, within agreed timeframes. Serve as the primary point of contact for relationship managers, sales teams and sales support teams who have received RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from their clients. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality responses to RFPs. Keep requesters and additional responders aware of upcoming milestones and open action items, while adjusting schedule to accommodate last minute urgent requests and reset priorities. Take responsibility for the data integrity, organization, and maintenance of core content in the RFP tool, by using established templates, following proposal-writing standards, and keeping the RFP Library up-to-date and complete with the most recent content and Best Responses. Support daily site content publishing for internal sales hub, delivering on outlined service level agreements. Serve as a point of escalation and research issues and root causes. Meet all milestones and ETAs throughout the response process while handling a large volume of requests. All About You The ideal candidate for this position should: Have a proven ability to apply judgment, creativity, and writing skills in developing and editing customized responses. Show strong commitment to quality control with focus on data integrity and compliance. Be capable of determining priorities, goals and objectives of work functions assigned. Have an ability to take ownership of a project and successfully manage it from start to finish while working on multiple assignments with strict and competing deadlines. Be technically savvy with a proven ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems. Exhibit a client-focused attitude and is dedicated to offering the highest level of client service. Be self-directed and well organized; must be able to work with minimal supervision. Have strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to compose and present to leadership. Possess a strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a well-defined work ethic. Be resourceful in gathering key information. Have knowledge in Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous related RFP work experience a plus. Previous experience with Content Management Systems, Seismic, or Adobe suite is a plus.
