Duties and Responsibilities: Deep Dive into Latin American Talent: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Latin American job market, including regional nuances, cultural differences, and emerging talent pools.Sourcing Excellence: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage passive candidates across various industries and skill sets.Candidate Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with potential candidates, showcasing the company's employer brand and fostering long-term engagement.Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future roles.Data-Driven Sourcing: Utilize data analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness, optimize strategies, and inform hiring decisions.Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing plans.Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment in the Latin American market or a similar role, with a strong understanding of online recruiting tools and techniques.Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workable.Solid experience in creating online marketing campaigns using Meta and other social media platforms.Proven ability to identify and attract top talent in a virtual environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport remotely.Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling outreach messages.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Benefits: Unlimited Paid Time Off (after 3 months probation)Permanent WFHHMO after probation period
