They are seeking a Solutions Engineer to play a key role in the post-sales onboarding process and technical support. Job Description: The Solutions Engineer will be a vital member of the Onboarding team, working closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and clients. This individual will ensure new customers are successfully integrated into the analytics platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional support. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex technical problems and delivering clear, actionable solutions to customers. This is a remote-first position, with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone or able to work during those hours. Key Responsibilities: Guide and support new customers during the integration of the analytics product into their e-commerce infrastructure. Validate pixel installations, ad platform connections, and orders data to ensure high-quality data. Troubleshoot implementation challenges, including issues with scripts (e.g., Pixel, Orders API), and escalate to the engineering team when necessary. Investigate customer data discrepancies to ensure accuracy. Improve outward-facing documentation to enhance customer experience and enable self-service processes. Communicate customer setup details to internal teams, ensuring a seamless transition from Onboarding to Customer Success. Minimum Requirements: C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)3+ Years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar role (Must Have) Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or other tag-based management tools. Basic understanding of modern website architecture (e.g., asset serving, server rendering). 2+ years of experience in software engineering or support engineering. 2+ years of experience communicating with customers. Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation, emails, and instructions. Technical Skills: Proficient in writing and editing SQL queries. Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML. Experience with web-based APIs. Familiarity with modern web development tools (e.g., Next.js, React, Vue). Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce). Additional Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with administrator tooling (e.g., Retool, ActiveAdmin, Django Admin). Python proficiency.
