Technical Requirements: Proficient in English (C1 conversational level). Experience in project management and planning. Expertise in insights generation and benchmarking. Strong analytical and numerical skills with a solid background in statistics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Additional Skills: Interest in Generative AI, XR, and new technologies. Experience with Python, PowerBI, or SQL. Soft Skills: Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Effective planning and organizational capabilities. Highly results-oriented. Stay updated on research trends. Proactive, passionate, and critical thinking. Adaptability to change. Working Conditions: Monthly remuneration: up to 4,500,000 Colombian pesos, depending on experience. Type of contract: indefinite. Place of work: remote (Colombia). Availability for occasional travel.
