Job Role: The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives. This role involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to industry standards. The Solutions Architect will also provide technical leadership throughout the sales and project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Development: Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, understand technical challenges, and propose tailored solutions that address client needs. Design end-to-end solutions, including system architecture, integration strategies, and technical specifications, ensuring they meet customer requirements. Prepare technical documentation, design diagrams, and proposals to support sales and project implementation. Technical Leadership and Support: Provide expert guidance and technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that proposed solutions are feasible and scalable. Assist the sales team in technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development for prospective clients. Serve as the technical point of contact for customers during solution implementation and post-sales support, ensuring successful delivery. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, product development, and project management teams to ensure that solutions are technically sound and can be delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with the business development team to align technical solutions with market demands and client expectations. Industry Standards and Compliance: Ensure that all proposed solutions comply with industry standards, certifications, and regulations, including those related to electrical, industrial, and safety requirements. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their technical needs and providing consultative support throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits, assessments, and feasibility studies to ensure solutions are aligned with real-world applications and client environments. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Lead efforts to innovate and improve solution offerings by incorporating new technologies, tools, and best practices. Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to influence future product and service development. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, or technical consulting, preferably within the electrical or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of system design, architecture frameworks, and integration strategies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-friendly language. Experience with project management, including delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in design and architecture tools, such as AutoCAD, Visio, and other relevant software.
