As part of the Software Technical Group, the Software Technical Writer will be a versatile writer with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into user-friendly content. This role involves crafting compelling training and marketing materials that are both informative and engaging, creating clear documentation and training resources, and distilling key product features into succinct messaging for marketing collateral. Duties and responsibilities: Documentation Creation: Write clear, comprehensive, and accurate user documentation by translating complex engineering material into easily digestible content for end users. Visual Aids: Collaborate with the Corporate Graphics Department to create intuitive diagrams and infographics that simplify complex technical concepts. Content Consistency: Ensure consistency across all documentation by adhering to standardized templates, language, and terminology. Organized Structure: Develop and maintain structured documentation that allows users to quickly find the information they need. Training Materials: Produce well-designed training decks and create how-to videos to facilitate user understanding and product adoption. Marketing Collaboration: Leverage your understanding of technical solutions to enhance existing marketing content, highlighting key features and overall value propositions. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Communications or related area; required. Proven experience as a technical writer in a software or technology environment; required. Strong ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation; required. Proficiency in using documentation tools and graphic software; required. Experience creating training materials, including presentations and video content; required. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience working cross-functionally with engineers and marketing team; required.
