Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers and developers to deliver impactful digital products. Define and shape product requirements in close partnership with clients and delivery teams. Create and manage project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with timeline, scope, and budget. Implement agile project management best practices to maintain project momentum and quality. Lead internal and client-facing meetings and workshops to gather feedback and facilitate progress. Perform quality assurance to verify that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Adapt quickly to understand the unique business needs of various industries. Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager. Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Exceptional communication skills with a client-centered approach to project leadership. Proficiency in English (B2 advanced – C1 level). Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Previous consulting experience is a plus.
