This is a 100% remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere in the world. You will be responsible for overseeing key projects, collaborating with development teams located in India, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. Main Responsibilities: Lead and manage a geographically distributed development team, with a focus on India. Supervise and ensure the development and maintenance of software using key technologies such as React, PHP, JavaScript, and HTML. Set clear goals for the team, monitor progress, and address technical and organizational challenges. Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across all projects. Collaborate with other departments to align technical strategies with business objectives. Foster clear and effective communication in both Spanish and English among multicultural teams. Implement and enhance agile software development processes. Requirements: Bilingual: Spanish and English (spoken and written). Proven experience managing technical teams and software development projects. Strong knowledge of React, PHP, JavaScript, and HTML, along with related frameworks and tools. Ability to work with remote and multicultural teams, preferably with experience managing teams in India. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
