Position : Social Media Specialist (emphasis on YouTube) Work Setup : Fully Remote Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm EST/CST (can be flexible) Salary Range : 1000 - 3500 USD (depending on skills and expertise) About the job: We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Specialist with a strong focus on YouTube to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our YouTube content, particularly faceless videos, using cutting-edge AI tools.
Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our audience through innovative and captivating video content.
Duties and Responsibilities: Create and manage faceless YouTube channel videos using AI-driven tools.
Produce engaging YouTube Shorts that align with our brand and mission.
Utilize AI voices and captions to enhance video content.
Collaborate with the team to develop video content strategies that align with Sidetrain's mission and values.
Monitor YouTube analytics to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation, with a focus on YouTube.
Proficiency with tools such as Opus, YouTube, Luma Dream Machine, Sora, and Runway ML.
Strong understanding of AI-driven video creation and editing techniques.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and innovative video content.
Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
