Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm California Time Job Summary:   We are looking for a talented and driven Social Media Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media, and client success.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media content, creating and optimizing social media pages, and developing and managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Yelp.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, and experienced in tailoring marketing strategies to meet the needs of diverse industries, including general construction, artificial turf, professional services, retail, and accounting services.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Content Management Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media content for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across multiple platforms.
Craft compelling visuals, copy, and interactive posts that reflect each client's unique brand voice and appeal to target audiences.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media engagement and reach, using insights to improve content strategy.
Social Media Account Creation and Management Create, set up, and optimize social media pages for clients, ensuring a professional and cohesive brand presence.
Continuously improve account performance by adjusting strategies based on analytics and feedback.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to enhance their social media impact.
Ad Campaign Management Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Yelp.
Develop ad strategies that drive measurable results, including brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
Continuously test, track, and optimize ad performance to ensure high ROI for clients across all platforms.
Stay updated on ad trends and platform updates to ensure best practices and effective campaign adjustments.
Requirements Proven experience in social media content management, account creation, and ad campaign management.
Strong portfolio with samples of content creation, written communication, and graphic design.
Proficiency in social media management tools, ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.
), and analytics tools.
Ability to adapt messaging and strategies across diverse industries.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience working with clients in industries such as general construction, artificial turf, professional services, retail, or accounting.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and data analysis skills.
