Responsibilities: Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Use insights to optimize strategies, enhance engagement, and drive lead generation efforts.Lead Generation: Develop innovative strategies to capture and nurture leads through social media channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective lead-gen campaigns.Community Management: Expand and manage social media communities by engaging with followers across platforms. Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries to foster positive relationships.Content Creation: Design and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and relevant content tailored to our audience.Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals, with a strong focus on LinkedIn as a key channel for thought leadership and business growth. Qualifications & Requirements: Up to 3 years of proven experience managing and growing professional LinkedIn profiles.Strong understanding of social media analytics, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creativity and strategic thinking to drive engagement and lead generation. Preferred:
Active LinkedIn presence and a keen interest in staying ahead of social media trends.
