Manage and grow email marketing campaigns, focusing on list building and engagement strategies.
Optimize conversion rates from social media followers to qualified leads for flight training programs.
Track and analyze social media metrics, adapting strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Collaborate with the flight school team to ensure content accurately represents our training programs and company culture.
Explore innovative ways to showcase our air show performances and online aviation courses through digital channels.
Requirements Proven track record in social media management and digital marketing, ideally in education or professional training sectors.
Strong grasp of social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent content creation skills, including video editing and graphic design.
Experience with email marketing and list management.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
