Responsibilities Craft visually stunning graphics using Adobe Suite for diverse marketing materials and campaigns Develop and execute engaging content strategies across multiple social media platforms Transform client briefs into captivating visual designs that align with brand identities Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and audience engagement Collaborate with team members to create cohesive marketing strategies Stay updated on social media trends and design innovations, implementing them in client projects Balance multiple projects, seamlessly switching between design tasks and social media management Requirements 3+ years experience is Social Media Management and content creation Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly in creating marketing-focused designs Proven experience in social media content creation and account management Strong communication skills in English, with ability to articulate design concepts clearly Keen eye for design trends and ability to adapt to various brand styles Excellent time management skills to juggle graphic design and social media responsibilities Portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design work and successful social media campaigns Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and align with U.S. Central Time zone Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning in digital marketing and design
