Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Sales Coordinator to combine the skills of social media management with proactive sales coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills, aesthetic judgment, and a personable, outgoing personality to connect with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts across platforms, particularly Instagram. Tag relevant stakeholders, engage with the audience, and monitor interactions. Maintain consistent branding and aesthetic quality in all posts. Proactive Sales Coordination: Build and maintain client lists, identifying potential leads such as holiday events and large conferences. Develop outreach plans and execute follow-ups with prospective clients. Maintain organized records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM. Content Creation: Design high-quality promotional materials, including flyers, pricing guides, and email communications. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with branding and messaging. Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with clients and event professionals. Provide timely and engaging responses to client inquiries. Qualifications: Required Skills: Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail for client-facing materials. Proficiency in managing Instagram and familiarity with other social media platforms. Excellent written communication skills and ability to create engaging content. Experience in sales or customer engagement, particularly in events or related industries. Preferred Experience: Background in live events, weddings, corporate parties, or similar industries. Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, and WhatsApp. Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales leads and customer interactions.
