This position requires hands-on management of all aspects of a client's social media presence, from initial strategy development to content creation, analytics, and optimization. Key Responsibilities: Client Management & Strategy Development: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment with goals, and high levels of satisfaction. Develop and execute tailored social media strategies based on thorough research of client needs, market trends, and platform updates. Present strategies and updates to clients regularly, offering creative solutions and adjustments based on performance. Creative Content Creation: Produce, curate, and oversee high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with each client's brand and goals. Collaborate on new ideas and approaches to drive engagement and grow client accounts through innovative content strategies. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze and report on key performance metrics (KPI) to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies. Adjust strategies in real time to optimize results and meet specific client targets (e.g., engagement, follower growth, lead generation). Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and marketing best practices to ensure all strategies are current and effective. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in social media marketing and content strategy, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and measurable success. Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), including their algorithms, tools, and analytics. Ability to generate original content ideas and think creatively to solve marketing challenges. Excellent communication and client management skills, capable of explaining strategies and ideas clearly and persuasively. English proficiency at a B2 or C1 level to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
